We have structured our approach around six key areas. They guide our decisions, investments, and actions on our sites and worksites.

1. Eco-design

Design of furniture planned for disassembly, sorting, and recycling
Selection of recycled or recyclable materials
Incorporation of environmental constraints from the design phase
Reduction in the number of components and optimization of sizes

2. Reduction of environmental impact

Optimization of delivery and installation routes
Transitioning vehicle fleet (electric, B100)
Reduction of single-use packaging (aiming for zero plastic in the long term)

3. Responsible production

Suivi et réduction des consommations énergétiques sur les sites de production
9 industrial sites in France to promote short supply chains
Regular investments in low-energy machines and tools
Priority given to local sourcing

4. Health, safety, and working conditions

Culture SSE pilotée sur chacun des sites
Ongoing safety training for workshop and site teams
Mandatory protective equipment according to job roles
Regular internal audits on working conditions

5. Inclusion and ethics

Inclusive recruitment policy
Internal training and skills development programs
Ethics charter applied to all employees
Partenariat avec des ESAT pour le travail de personnel en situation de handicap

6. Second life and upcycling

Return of packaging at the end of the project
Mobile upcycling workshop for on-site client interventions
Reuse of existing furniture when the project allows
Development of a “zero waste” approach
